Michael-Ann Henry's Final Project Prosal

I would like to cover the effectiveness of the University's latest regulations for smokers and compare it to the regulations for smokers on other near by campuses. For example, Towson's and Salisbury campus are smoke-free. I would like to present this story in video format and reveal a variety of student opinions (both smokers and non-smokers) about the matter. I would like to get the University rationale for not making the campus smoke-free and also smokers' rationale for not always following University regulations on distance from buildings from smoking. I could even get health professionals' opinions on the effect of second hand smoking on campus and fire protection officials' opinions on the risks of having smoking so present on campus.
